This program is being held outside at the Douglas County Courthouse lawn. In the case of inclement weather or if the temperatures are too hot for the animals, the program will be in the library’s big meeting room.
Snake Discovery is bringing their reptiles and amphibians back to the Douglas County Library. They focus on the reptiles and amphibians that call Minnesota and Wisconsin home.
Free! Appropriate for all ages as long as no one suffers a fear of snakes.
Listen to the Hemker Park and Zoo talk about some of its fabulous animals as they educate and entertain. This program is for all ages and will be held outside on the Courthouse Lawn. Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome! In case of inclement weather, the program will be held in the library’s big meeting room.
Mr. Fred Motley of Danville, VA loves to tell stories from around the world! He has performed for audiences PreK-Sr. Citizens for the past 34 years. His stories are told in an interactive way so all in the audience get involved.
All ages are welcome at this free event! Mr. Motley’s stories will appeal to kids, adults and senior citizens!
